The company dries raw materials using German state-of-the-art technology by UMAG (www.umag.com), Ponndorf GmbH (www.ponndorf-gmbh.de) and KAHL Group (www.akahl.de). The technology allows processing a wide variety of materials while the yeast is particularly attractive due to its nutritional value and high protein content. 

The brewery by-products have a high humidity (75% -90%). The drying is achieved by contact with steam-heated stainless steel disc dryers, technology that protects the nutrients of these materials and removes the moisture up to the desired rate of 10% (indirectly through the stainless steel surfaces of special dryers).
